When will my products be shipped ?
All products will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours after your order.
When will my products be delivered ?
After shipment the products will be delivered within 1 to 2 days in the Netherlands. In Europe the delivery time will be between 3 and 7 days. International deliveries outside of Europe can take up between 5 and 14 days for delivery.
Can I track my order ?
You can always track your order from the moment it will be shipped. You will receive a track and trace code in your E-mail to track your parcel.
What are the costs for shipment ?
The costs for shipment within the Netherlands are € 6,50 within Europe € 13,- and outside of Europe € 24,-.
When I do qualify for free shipment ?
You qualify for free shipment when your order amount exceeds € 85,- within the Netherlands, € 125,- within Europe and outside Europe € 175,-. Keep in mind that that this is calculated over the total amount, also after deduction of discounts!
